Nice view, right? :) caught from my phone cam just outside my bedroom window. Anyway, i know i havent been blogging for more than a month. I'm really sorry, i got so absorbed in books and my holiday homework! :D but now i've everything finished! i'm sooooo very happy. Hmm, during the holidays, i lernt and did many things i dont get to do when school starts.
first, i learnt how to cook chicken rice from my dad(: it was like the hainanese way. cause i'm hainanese by blood. HAHAHA. uh, it was really nice and i was happy i was able to learn it. the second pic is the rice i decorated for everyone in my family during dinner, lovely huh? :D then the next day, i cooked pasta. it was kinda a last minute thing actually. so i told my mom after looking through the cookbook, i chose the recipe for "Macoroni with blue cheese" to make my " Cheesy Penne." the pasta's called Penne, fyi. (: thats there on the third pic. then i mom wanted to cook fillet so i suggested miso soup base. And wow, i didnt know it'd turn out so nice :D YAY ! oh right, my dad bought a new washing machine and it came with a bike. And so i really hope i can learn how to bike soon. cause i only know four-wheels ): HAHAHAAHAH! for the first time in all my holidays, i read so many books & widely acclaimed too.
supposed to go out with my childhood bestie, Melanie Lim, but she's suspected of having h1n1 ): i pray that she'll be okay.
sighs. and having OGO .older girls from youth one outing :D next year we're the batch that's gonna go youth two next year. sad ): especially since youth one's so fun! so we're gonna go vivocity next tuesday! :) sarah, joan, me, mel? ,iris & veldas! :D
And can i say that i really am into soyabean and soyabean products? in which case, Mr Bean ,my favourite store! :) i ate,drank,slurped soyabean etc for 5-10 straight days recently ! :D Mr Bean <3
my ied teammates and me met up during the holidays to discuss ied. Well,of course. & T-BOOMZ! thats our store name! :D i made it up you know. we're almost done discussing our ied bazaar project for next year :)
plus, during the holidays i spent majority of my time with my family. love that feeling. & i'm going out with my mom tomorrow. we're gonna shopshopshop at ion orchard. :) maybe i can get some new clothes! i love my mom, she can be really funny okay! going out with my big sis next week. so excited, i feel like i havent gone out with her for ages so YAY.
THE BEST PART. didnt get to watch new moon after i watched a late movie with my cousin. we watched the christmas carol cause she didnt like twilight ): so no taylor lautner. & i want my new moon poster!!! s'pore mags dont have it ):

I deserved it, i totally did cause i slacked alot and ignored studying. I only mugged two weeks before EOY which was stupidly, too late. But then everyone comes to this point of their life , be it on the future or the past,so i know i gotta pick myself up & work EXTRAORDINARILY HARD during the holidays. My parents were pissed alright, but they were absolutely angry & disappointed, and i self-reflected, knowing this was a huge lesson from God. A huge smack on the cheek that says: ' you've been deceiving yourself and not studying smart.' & i really regretted. I should have listened to Mr Kwa in the start of rthe year when he said " Sec three is not honeymoon year" and everyone nodded, without much sense going into our heads. And yeah, 4G'10. Was kinda sad leaving most of my classmates since sec 1 but then i realised '4g 's not gonna be that bad, 'sides, the people there are pretty nice and fun :D ' So, i'm not gonna waste time & i have already started doing my ten year series,which i'm even suprised that i was able to do it.
:) And oh, youth camp? I HAVE SIGNED UP ALREADY! :D been reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies ,the extended version from Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice. THE EXTREMELY CRAZY WEEK. PLUS HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIA MIN :D
it was all the truth coming up like splashes of water & it all made me happier for some reasons. During this whole week, i had mixed feelings of shock, sadness, hyperness, happiness, confusion, dazeness and flushes.
at first i didnt know what got into me but then i realized that it all happened for a reason. Rachel told me and vera too. both almost the same but diff things that cause me to think so much. But then i couldnt bring myself to understand why and how. a coin toss was all it took and a northsouth arrow for me to decide.
Then i knew i made the right arrow. with people telling me different sorts of things, i got less confused. and thats how i knew i made the right move. and everythings going smoothly which surprises me much.
but now it's exams and i gotta get my butt to the IKEA chair of mine. just listen to music and study. but today, i'll skip cause i'm feeling dazed just thinking about this whole week.
and just so you know i have been listening to the new colbie calliat song fallin for you. i love the song. i dont know but i think i may be fallin for you, dropping so quickly....

God has been a more bigger part of my life, & i do bible study and pray to him without being so hesistant (: i'm like super proud of myself. my careteam people are just as awesome as can be too!! the mrt-buddies or fellowship, YAY! :D i have started to start opening up to people, even my sisters.' my grades are sorta improving , but i still neeed to work harder & stop trying to watch cable instead of studying w the music on. and plus. my class- 3F is great,we're getting so much more united !!! YAY! :) the people in my class are a mix of retard,funny,nice,"guai" ,hyper and weird people :D we share one thing in common, WE ALL LOVE TO GO __________________ . hahaha (: figure that out yourself. just read THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES BY CECELIA AHERN. it's a really uber sad story but touching & sweet at the end. cause the guy went to look for her at her doorstep with a bouquet of flowers in his hand when all the while she thought he thought she was just a psycho. AWWWW :D &anyway, i keep getting seriously weird dreams of people. is it true that when you keep dreaming of someone,you like the someone? hmmm.
